What reselx, LLC processes when you browse, sign in, buy, or contact support.
1. Controller and contact
reselx, LLC operates myreselling.cc and is responsible for the store’s handling of personal data. Send privacy questions or requests to markiandmitrovic@gmail.com. Our public support mailing address and other contact methods are listed on the seller & support page.
2. Account and order information
You can buy without signing in. We process product and plan selections, amounts, currencies, payment references and status, delivery status, the destination service username, and information you submit to support. If you sign in with Telegram or Discord, we receive your identifier and basic profile information, such as username, display name and avatar. Discord login requests basic profile access, not your messages.
3. Payments and receipts
For Stripe payments, card entry is handled by Stripe’s payment interface; our application does not store full card numbers or CVC security codes. Other payment providers process the information needed for their method. We store payment references and order status. If you upload a receipt for a manual transfer, we receive that file and send it with order details to the administrators’ Telegram order channel for verification. Redact unrelated balances, transactions and full account numbers before uploading.
4. IP country lookup and technical information
Our server receives your IP address and technical request information for operation and security. To suggest a currency, the country lookup sends your public IP address to ipwho.is and uses the returned country code. We do not request GPS access. The country lookup can be inaccurate and you can change the currency manually. Hosting and externally loaded resources, including Google Fonts and Telegram resources, also receive the request information needed to serve them.
5. Cookies, local storage and private order links
Browser storage keeps theme, language, currency, sign-in information and locally saved order history. Discord uses a secure session cookie with a maximum 30-day lifetime. Guest order history includes a private access token; clearing storage removes the local copy, not the server’s transaction record. Private order links also contain an access token. Treat them like a password, especially on a shared device. You can clear browser storage or sign out at any time.
6. Purposes and legal grounds
We use necessary information to take payment, fulfil the order, maintain purchase access, answer support requests and handle refunds. We process relevant records for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations and legitimate interests in a reliable, secure store, where applicable. Optional sign-in provides the requested account features. We do not sell customer data.
7. Recipients and international processing
Necessary information is shared with the selected payment provider, hosting providers, Telegram for order administration and buyer notifications, Discord when used for login, the IP country service, and the relevant product vendor for fulfilment. For Neverlose orders this includes the destination username and purchased subscription or NLE quantity. These services may process data in other countries under their own privacy terms and applicable safeguards. We may disclose information where legally required.
8. Order notifications and reviews
Linked Telegram users may receive messages about their order and, after a qualifying Neverlose purchase is delivered, one request to leave a review. Opening the review button takes you to the external Neverlose forum. We do not publish a review or post to your account for you. You can ignore the request or block bot messages; your purchase rights are unchanged.
9. Retention and security
We retain order, payment, receipt and support records as needed for delivery, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. The applicable purpose and legal retention requirements determine how long a record must be kept. Access is restricted to the systems and people needed to operate the service. HTTPS protects transport, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Email markiandmitrovic@gmail.com; we may ask for information needed to verify ownership before disclosing or changing an order. Some transaction records must remain for legal or dispute-related reasons. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority. Changes to this notice are dated on this page.
