Digital delivery
Online fulfilment, timing, and how to recover a guest order.
1. Delivery method and cost
All products are digital. There is no parcel, shipping address requirement, shipping charge or physical return. Licence keys are displayed on the order page and in saved order history. Neverlose CS2, CS:GO and NLE orders are credited directly to the destination Neverlose username you provide.
2. Delivery timing
Automated fulfilment starts after successful payment verification and is normally completed within a few minutes. Manual delivery takes up to two hours after funds are confirmed and we receive the necessary account information and, for a manual transfer, its receipt. A bank transfer, provider review or pending payment can require additional time before confirmation. A submitted receipt is not proof that funds have arrived.
3. Guest purchases and order access
Sign-in is optional. Keep the private link shown with your order; it grants access to that order and must not be shared. Saved orders are also available in the same browser. Clearing browser storage or using another device can remove local order history, but a saved private link still provides access. If you lose it, contact support with the order number and payment reference so that ownership can be checked.
4. Account names and activation
Check the Neverlose username before paying. A credit already supplied to the account specified in the order may not be reversible. For a key, follow the vendor’s activation instructions and check supported versions and hardware before purchase. Do not share account passwords with us or with other customers.
5. Delays or failed delivery
If a confirmed order is still pending beyond the delivery period, contact markiandmitrovic@gmail.com or @Rynamiks with your order number. We check the payment, stock and vendor response and arrange delivery, replacement, or a refund where the purchase cannot be supplied. Never pay a second time merely because the first order is pending.
6. Availability
Available products, plans and payment methods can change. We do not accept an order as fulfilled until its key or account credit has actually been supplied. Purchases must comply with applicable law, vendor licence conditions, and the selected payment provider’s geographic and business restrictions.
